Jasmine Beverly is a dedicated Adaptive Fitness Trainer with a passion for helping individuals of all abilities achieve their personal health and wellness goals. With specialized experience in working with neurodivergent and physically diverse populations—including individuals with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and Down syndrome—Jasmine designs inclusive, results-driven programs tailored to each client's unique needs.

She brings a client-centered approach that focuses on functional movement, strength development, and confidence-building through adaptive techniques. Whether leading 1-on-1 personal training or small group sessions, Jasmine creates a supportive environment that empowers clients to move safely, improve daily mobility, and build long-term healthy habits.
